An APIR^® Code will be issued by APIR^® to any Individual or Organisation participating in the Financial Services Industry, who completes the required application form and pays the application fee. All change forms must be completed by a duly Authorised Person for the Organisation or the Individual APIR^® Code holder. The issuance and maintenance of an APIR Code for an entity is based on acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the client. The APIR^® Code will normally be issued and/or changed within five working days from the time APIR^® receives the correctly completed application form. APIR^® Codes are permanent identifiers and remain current for the life of the Individual or Organisation.
