All forms can be completed and emailed online or submitted via fax or post.

An APIR® Code will be issued by APIR® to any Individual or Organisation participating in the Financial Services Industry, who completes the required application form and pays the application fee. All change forms must be completed by a duly Authorised Person for the Organisation or the Individual APIR® Code holder. The issuance and maintenance of an APIR Code for an entity is based on acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the client. The APIR® Code will normally be issued and/or changed within ten working days from the time APIR® receives the correctly completed application form. To fast track an application please contact APIR®.

APIR® Codes are permanent identifiers and remain current for the life of the Individual or Organisation.
