Your personal information - As important to us as it is to you

We not only believe in the importance of protecting our clients' privacy and of information security - we have established our business on the basis that our success relies on our clients' confidence that we will diligently safeguard any personal and private information which is entrusted to us. Storing and handling our clients' information is the most critical part of APIR's services. So APIR® does not just protect your personal information to ensure your privacy, we guard it tenaciously and handle it with respect because it is our most important business asset.

To help us protect your privacy you should maintain the secrecy and security of any logon ID, code, password or access token which you use in connection with your participation in any APIR® service.

Personal Information

Personal Information is information relating to an individual whose identity is apparent, or can be reasonably ascertained, from the information provided. We will not sell, reveal or share your personal information to third parties without your specific consent, except if we are required to do so by a law enforcement agency by exercise of a warrant. In such cases and to the extent permitted by law, we will advise you of any such disclosure.

Any personal information which APIR® holds about you will be made available to you at your request.

Site Visit Data

When you visit this site, APIR® may make a record of your visit and log the following information for analysis purposes:- the user's server address, the user's top level domain name, the time and date of the visit, the pages accessed and the documents downloaded. No attempt will be made to identify users.

E-Mail Address

We will only record your e-mail address if you send us a message or include it in an application for an APIR® service. It will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to a mailing list. We will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose, and will not disclose it without your consent.

Cookies

Cookies are small amounts of data that are sent to your browser from the web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. APIR® uses cookies to assist navigation and to maintain or customise sessions. APIR® does not use cookies which are capable of returning to us any information about your system other than what is required for these purposes.
